Privacy Policy

Effective from 28 June 2026. This notice explains how the Service Provider processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

1. Data controller

2. Data processed, purposes and legal bases

  • Contact (form or email): name, email address, message content. Purpose: replying to your enquiry, providing a quote. Legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual steps (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)).
  • Service delivery (clients): name/company name, billing and contact details. Purpose: performance of the contract and invoicing. Legal basis: performance of a contract and legal (accounting) obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (c)).
  • Operational logs: IP address, browser and visit data. Purpose: secure operation of the service and prevention of abuse. Legal basis: the Service Provider’s legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

3. Retention period

Contact messages are kept until the enquiry is closed, and for at most 1 year afterwards. Billing-related data is retained for 8 years as required by accounting law. Operational logs are kept for as long as justified for security purposes.

4. Data processors

For processing, the Service Provider uses hosting and email services. Processors access the data solely on the Service Provider’s instructions and for the purposes above. The current list of processors is available at info@sztvm.hu.

5. Data security

The Service Provider protects the data with appropriate technical and organisational measures (e.g. encrypted connection, access control, regular backups).

6. Your rights

You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing, object to processing, and exercise your right to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Send your requests to info@sztvm.hu.

7. Remedies

You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11., ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu, naih.hu) or, in case of infringement of your rights, before a court.
